Slovenian High Court Confirms Invalid Transfer of Bia Separations Rights

The Higher Court has confirmed that the transfer of patent rights for Ajdovščina-based Bia Separations was unfounded. The disputed transfers occurred between 2007 and 2015 when Aleš Štrancar was the company's director.
