Substandard Concrete Used in Riga's Mūkusalas Promenade Railing Foundation
Authorities in Riga have confirmed that concrete of insufficient strength was used in the foundation of the Mūkusalas promenade railings, which has been deemed unsuitable for its intended application by the author supervisor, construction supervisor, and builder.
