Ghana to Establish Emergency Patient Redirection Center Amid 'No Bed Syndrome'
Professor Titus Beyuo, Board Chairman of Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Ghana, attributed the persistent 'no bed syndrome' and other challenges in the country's health sector to a lack of consistent investment. In response, Ghana is working to establish a national command center for real-time emergency patient redirection to available hospital beds.
