Damage and power cuts reported in Poltava Oblast, one person injured in Kirovohrad Oblast

Russian attacks on Poltava and Kirovohrad oblasts damaged houses, an industrial facility and power lines, leaving nearly 20,000 consumers without electricity and one person injured.
