Spain Vows to Return All Migrants Who Entered Ceuta to Morocco
Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares has emphatically stated from Ceuta that every single person who entered the enclave will be returned to Morocco. He justified Morocco's actions during the crisis and affirmed that Morocco requested nothing in return.
