Greek Minister Reports Increase in Voluntary Departures of Illegal Immigrants
Greece's Minister of Immigration and Asylum, Notis Plevris, announced a 25% increase in voluntary departures of illegal immigrants following the implementation of the “jail or return” doctrine. He noted a significant reduction in illegal flows since 2019.
