Croatia: Constitutional Court Ruling Leaves Citizens Without Health Insurance

The Croatian ombudswoman has warned that a Constitutional Court decision, which declared part of a law unconstitutional, has left citizens without health insurance, and the ruling does not resolve the consequences for them.
