Indian Consumer Commission Orders Builder to Refund Buyer for Undelivered Property

A consumer commission in Maharashtra, India, has ordered a developer to refund Rs 25 lakh (approximately $30,000) to a buyer who paid for 11 commercial units in 1995 that were never built. The buyer waited over three decades for possession of the property.
