Hyogo Governor's Non-Indictment in Election Violation Case Deemed Appropriate by Review Board
The Hyogo Prefectural Governor, Saito, who was criminally accused of violating the Public Offices Election Act during the 2024 gubernatorial election and subsequently not indicted, has had that decision upheld as appropriate by the Prosecution Review Board by June 19.
