Four Yakuza Members Arrested for Illegally Registering Stolen Cars

Four members of the Inagawa-kai crime syndicate were arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department for allegedly illegally changing the registration of stolen luxury minivans. The stolen vehicles were reportedly used by individuals involved in special fraud cases.
