Austrian Judge with ÖVP Ties Recused from Pilnacek-Hanger Lawsuit

A judge with close ties to the ÖVP party has been removed from the lawsuit filed by Karin Wurm, friend of Pilnacek, against ÖVP faction leader Hanger regarding statements made in a parliamentary inquiry committee.
