France Welcomes Algeria's Arrest of Alleged DZ Mafia Crime Boss

France's Minister of Justice, Gérald Darmanin, has praised Algerian security services for their role in the arrest of an alleged key figure in Marseille's crime world, known as the DZ Mafia.
