Milatović: Great Development Opportunity for Northeast Montenegro

Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović highlighted a significant development project for the country's northeast, noting it received the largest EU grant in Montenegro to date, along with a favorable loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The state will cover the remaining costs for the project.
