Teen Acquitted in Limmat Drowning Case; Emergency Call Delayed
A young Angolan man was acquitted of failing to provide emergency assistance after a 15-year-old drowned in the Limmat river, as he could not have known his colleague was a non-swimmer. The emergency call was reportedly made 27 minutes after the incident.
