Hokkaido Fishing Cooperatives Lack 'Offshore Evacuation' Rules After Earthquake

Following a recent earthquake and tsunami warning, many boats in Hokkaido's coastal areas performed 'offshore evacuation', but an NHK investigation revealed that only three out of 44 fishing cooperatives in the affected region have established rules for this procedure.
