YouTube adds direct messaging feature, expands to 30+ countries in Europe

YouTube is testing a new feature allowing users to send direct messages within the app. This enables sharing videos and communicating with friends without leaving YouTube. The feature is currently available in over 30 European countries. This update transforms YouTube into a social media platform, simplifying video sharing and potentially boosting creator visibility.
