Bosnian Election Commission Raises Tolerance Threshold, No Sanctions for Campaign Violations

Bosnia and Herzegovina's Central Election Commission (CIK) has halted four proceedings initiated after Transparency International BiH complaints, effectively raising the tolerance threshold by not sanctioning party gatherings in schools, pre-campaign billboards, or misuse of public resources.
