Latvian Police Uncover Over 100 Drug Stashes After Kuldīga Overdose
Following a young woman's drug overdose in Kuldīga last September, Latvian State Police arrested a man and, during the investigation, discovered over 100 drug stashes in forests near Jelgava and Jūrmala, with the case now forwarded for criminal prosecution.
