To card or not to card? Downtown Hamilton library ends restricting entry pilot aimed at curbing drug use and disruption

After two months, the Hamilton Central library branch is no longer restricting entry to people with library cards or special passes. The pilot was intended to prevent drug use in the space and the library has said it will present its findings to its board on June 18.
