Japanese School Wastes 350 Servings of Rice Due to Reporting Error

Approximately 350 servings of white rice for school lunches were discarded in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, after a substitute holiday was not reported to the lunch center, resulting in deliveries to closed schools.
