IS supporter charged in Vienna for Istanbul attack plans
A 20-year-old ISIS supporter, Arda K., has been charged in Vienna for allegedly forming a terror cell with another individual, Beran A., who was previously involved in a thwarted Swift attack, with plans for an attack in Istanbul.
