Croatian Constitutional Court Overturns Mandatory HZZO Visits
The Constitutional Court of Croatia ruled that certain articles of the Mandatory Health Insurance Act, which mandated visits to the HZZO between April 2023 and August 2025, were unconstitutional. However, the court rejected the request to assess their overall compliance with the Constitution.
