Belgrade Waterfront Project Pays Minimal Dividends to State Despite Billions in Land Value

The Belgrade Waterfront private firm has reportedly paid only 31.7 million euros in dividends to the state, equivalent to the sale of 12 apartments, despite the majority owner receiving land valued at billions of euros.
