Ghana's OSP Seeks Supreme Court Order to Quash High Court Decision

Alhassan Tampuli Sulemana, Deputy Ranking Member of Parliament’s Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee, stated that Ghana's Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) was justified in seeking a Supreme Court order to quash a High Court decision.
