Nurses and Bystanders Save Man Suffering Heart Attack in Kerala Traffic

A man in Kerala suffered a heart attack while in traffic, but was saved by two nurses who jumped off a bus to assist him. Local residents also helped, with a passerby driving the man to the hospital.
