Malta Activates Emergency Plan for Damaged Russian Tanker

Malta has activated an emergency plan as the damaged Russian LNG tanker Arctic Metagaz continues to sail through the central Mediterranean. Adverse weather conditions could bring the vessel dangerously close to Malta.
