Mijajlović and Spičanović Detained Over Mother's ID Number
Montenegrin special prosecutors have sufficient evidence to proceed with the trial of Mijajlović and others, who have been detained for ten and a half months. The defense argues their detention is based on the mother's ID number of Aleksa Bečić, seeking the dismissal of the indictment.
