Philippine Authorities Urge Senator Dela Rosa to Face ICC Charges
The Philippine National Police and the National Bureau of Investigation have appealed to Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa to surrender and face charges against him in the International Criminal Court. Dela Rosa is currently considered a fugitive.
