Government disburses 15 million euros to restore beaches before Summer
The Portuguese government is investing 111 million euros in urgent coastal recovery efforts before summer, following reports of some coastal areas receding up to 20 meters and significant damage from bad weather. This builds on an earlier disbursement of 15 million euros for beach restoration.
