Vilnius proposes law to ban artists performing in Russia/Belarus from entering Lithuania
The mayor of Vilnius, Valdas Benkunskas, has proposed to the Seimas National Security and Defense Committee a law that would prohibit artists performing in Russia, its occupied territories, or Belarus from entering Lithuania.
