Polish Tax Authorities Allow Apartment Depreciation After Court Ruling

Polish entrepreneurs are now permitted to depreciate houses and apartments acquired before the 'Polski Ład' (Polish Deal) tax reform and include these write-offs as tax costs. The tax authorities confirmed this in an interpretation, following a loss in the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA).
