Boy arrested over arson deaths of Tadgh Farrell (4) and Mary Holt was allegedly ‘active participant’ in attack

A teenage boy who was arrested on Tuesday is suspected of being an “active participant” in a reckless arson attack that led to a double murder and has been allegedly “placed at the scene.”
