Google DeepMind CEO Calls for AI Regulation and Pre-Public Testing

Demis Hassabis, CEO of Google's DeepMind, suggested that an AI capable of matching human intellectual capabilities could be available within a few years and advocated for a regulatory authority to test AI systems before their public release.
