Russia proposes foreign minister talks with Japan
During a visit to Moscow, Japanese MP Muneo Suzuki revealed that Russian Foreign Ministry officials proposed that Foreign Minister Lavrov meet with Japanese Foreign Minister Motegi to resume bilateral political dialogue.
