Poland's Budget Deficit Exceeds 123 Billion PLN, VAT Revenues Weak

Poland's state budget deficit has surpassed 123 billion PLN, with alarmingly weak VAT revenues posing a growing problem. The Ministry of Finance estimates the costs of the CPN program alone to be 4.7 billion PLN.
