Mindef Clarifies RM571.9 Million Missile Payment Was Not Advance, Followed RMN Tests

Malaysia's Ministry of Defence (Mindef) clarified that a RM571.9 million payment to a Norwegian supplier for Naval Strike Missiles (NSM) was not an advance but was made after the systems successfully passed Royal Malaysian Navy tests.
