Marseille Port Drinking Water Banned Due to PFAS Contamination
The prefect of Bouches-du-Rhône has issued an order prohibiting the consumption of drinking water within the Grand Port Maritime of Marseille. The ban follows contamination by PFAS, commonly known as "forever chemicals."
