Pattaya Police Sidelined Over 'Private' Fines of Kuwaiti Bikers

Three policemen in Pattaya have been transferred to inactive posts following allegations that they collected 'off-the-books' fines from Kuwaiti motorcyclists who violated traffic rules, rather than issuing official citations.
