Montenegro Human Rights Action Urges Parliament to Elect Judges

Montenegro's Human Rights Action (HRA) urged the Parliament to immediately include the election of judges on its agenda, noting that the Constitutional Court has resolved all constitutional appeals submitted over a year and a half ago.
