Canadian Pleads Guilty to False Claims of U.S. Citizenship to Vote

A 70-year-old Canadian man, who had lived in the U.S. since the 1960s without obtaining citizenship, pleaded guilty to falsely claiming U.S. citizenship to vote in elections.
