Bulgarian Council of Rectors Calls for University Funding Model Change
The Council of Rectors in Bulgaria has requested the new government to change the funding model for state universities. Its chair, Prof. Miglena Temelkova, sent a letter to "Progressive Bulgaria" congratulating them on their election victory and expressing this demand.
