JV Ejercito talks with LTO on aftermarket pipes, modification rules

MANILA, Philippines — Motorcycle advocate and Senate Deputy Majority Leader JV Ejercito raised before officials of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) the concerns of motorcycle riders regarding the implementation of rules on aftermarket vehicle modifications. The meeting comes after several motorcycle organizations approached Ejercito to express their complaints over the allegedly inconsistent enforcement of regulations
