Construction Begins on €40 Million Housing Project in Velje Brdo, Montenegro

The Ministry of Public Works has signed a €40 million contract for the first phase of a residential project in Velje Brdo, Montenegro, with the minister stating the state will pay €1,067 per square meter for apartments.
