Woman Sentenced to 12 Years for 1978 Scalding Death of Stepdaughter

Janice Nix was found guilty of manslaughter and received a 12-year sentence for the 1978 scalding death of her 5-year-old stepdaughter in South London, after her stepson testified she forced the girl into a hot bath as punishment.
