Černé skládky ‚na denním pořádku‘. Třinec dá za svoz odhozeného odpadu přes 1,5 milionu ročně

Kusy nábytku u popelnic nebo pneumatiky v lese. Velká města i malé obce neustále a marně bojují s černými skládkami. Za jejich likvidaci platí nemalé částky nebo musí investovat například do kamer. Viníkům nahrává anonymita města, a problém s černými skládkami je tak prakticky neřešitelný.
