Polish court upholds decision to disband anti-abortion picket

The Gdańsk Court of Appeal legally upheld the city authorities' decision to disband an anti-abortion picket held in front of St. Wojciech Hospital in Zaspa, which involved Kaja Godek.

Sąd Apelacyjny w Gdańsku prawomocnie uznał, że decyzja władz miasta o rozwiązaniu antyaborcyjnej pikiety przed Szpitalem św. Wojciecha na Zaspie była zgodna z prawem. Sprawa dotyczyła zgromadzenia z udziałem Kai Godek, które odbyło się w styczniu tego roku.
