Serbia Loses Case at European Court of Human Rights
Serbia has lost a case before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, which unanimously ruled that the country violated Jovan Iskrenović's right to a fair trial. The case stemmed from Iskrenović's participation in protests against COVID-19 pandemic measures in July 2020.
