Ukrainian negotiating team has no mandate to trade peace for impunity, says Kyslytsya

Sergiy Kyslytsya, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated that the Ukrainian negotiating team has never discussed any scenario in which peace could be exchanged for impunity.
