Ukraine and Russia Hold Technical Talks for 1,000-for-1,000 POW Exchange

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets announced that technical discussions are currently underway between negotiating groups for a proposed large-scale prisoner exchange involving 1,000 individuals from each side.
