The 'Kreni promeni' movement in Serbia has claimed that the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) established 'fake' observer organizations during local elections in ten municipalities.

Predsednik Demokratske stranke (DS) Srđan Milivojević kazao je danas da je 231 milion dinara Srpska napredna stranka (SNS) platila "statiste" da dođu na skup u Beogradskoj areni, održan 21. marta."U taj novac nisu uračunati sendviči, potrebni iznosi za plaćanje autobusa kojima su pristalice SNS dovozene. Taj novac daleko prevazilazi ovaj iznos koji je dat samo za statiste", kazao je Milivojević novinarima ispred Vrhovnog javnog tužilaštva u Beogradu.
